Help! I made an accidental purchase in the shop!

If you made an accidental purchase in the shop, please get in contact with our team through a Support Ticket. Providing the following will help us assist you faster:

  • What you purchased.
  • When you purchased it.
  • The cost of the purchase.
  • What you were trying to purchase instead.

We understand that sometimes purchases are made in error. To that extent, you may turn on a Gold Confirmation box which can help prevent accidental purchases. To do so, please do the following:

  • Log into the game.
  • Click on the Account button on the bottom menu.
  • Click the "Confirm Gold Spending" checkbox.
