When contacting Support, what information should I provide?

- Fill in as many fields as you can when creating your ticket.
  Be precise about your operating system and the browser you are using.

- What is your User ID/Account Number? 

  • It is the number found to the right of Account: - in the Account tab

- Provide as many details as possible regarding your issue, and the steps you have taken before encountering it and eventually the steps taken while trying to resolve it.

- Provide screenshots


Support hours are usually as follow: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
