How do I change the email address for my Zendesk account?

To change the email address associated with your Zendesk account please do the following:

- log in in your Zendesk account

- click on your username found in the top right corner of the page

- your current contact information is displayed, click on edit on the right edge of the page

- click on Identities

- in the email section click on add and follow the instructions

- verify your email address

- go back to the Identities section and select the newly added email address as primary

- remove the email address that is no longer valid

Please note that to be able to log in with your new email address you will need to reset your password by using the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions.  You can choose the same password that you were previously using.
