How to get rid of the purchase failed pop-up on an iOS device?

The following workaround is only safe to use if your account is registered and is not a guest/device only account.  If you are unsure of the status of your account please contact us.

 

If your account is properly registered to get rid of the pop-up you can try the following:

- remove our app

- turn your device off and on again

- make a fresh installation of the app (via the App Store) and log in to your account
